Despicable service - possible ****

Despicable service. And judging by other reviews Snatcher has turned into a **** company. I too was informed that my parcel was destroyed in a courier accident. However, tow hours later I received and email (supposedly) from the courier company stating that my parcel had been delivered. This was followed by an email from Snatcher stating that my order had been delivered/completed. When I queried this I was ignored. I persevered and eventually received a curt reply stating that they are putting together a replacement order but did not supply an order number or tracking number. Also, no apology. I think I am going to institute a dispute process through my credit card company and aim for a refund.
