Despicable service and ********* behavior

I made a purchase on the 19 July,still have not received my order.Send numerous emails and no correspondence .I was adviced on the 21st August there are out of stock for certain items and will refund me in full which has still not been received to date.I started tracking my order only to find out that the courier canceled collection on the 28th as my order was not ready To date I have received no communication. The customer service is pathetic and will not advice any soul to invest in this online platform. I have escalated this matter to the relevant departments.
