Deliverying wrong items to me without communicating 1st, the item I received is more less than the amount i paid,even today I'm still stuck with those items I don't like it
Deliverying wrong items to me without communicating 1st, the item I received is more less than the amount i paid,even today I'm still stuck with those items I don't like it. They must come and fetch it I emailed them I was told that the item I bought is out of stock worse part till today I'm still seeing the same item on their website Poor customer service I'm not happy at all

13 May 2024, 12:54Good morning II bought from Snatcher on last Month 2 items were correct and the 3 item it was wrong iand I notified them immediately the goods were collected to their destination .since then I have been sending them trails emails requesting the replacement or refund till todate I didn't receive anything.
I have been reading comments on their website some customers never receive their goods while some not received their refunds again if you complain on their fb page they delete your comment.
I'm not the one who is wrong here instead of correcting their mistake they are ignoring me
Till todate your urgent never contacted me
