Delivery tracking

Hi,

I received my items and am very happy with them the only issue I had/have is that your tracking process does not work on your site.

I was lucky enough that the delivery guy was accommodating and put the parcel on my property without me being there. If that part of your site was working I would've been able to make alternative arrangements for someone to collect my parcel from the driver.

This was such an inconvenience as I had to attend a client meeting.

I had to email to find out and by the time I received a response, it was too late as the driver had already called me. Thank goodness he did as I probably would have waited much longer for my items to arrive.
