Delivery took more than 19 business days and the order was not complete at delivery

Delivery took more than 19 business days and the order was not complete at delivery. Their phone lines as advertised do not work and their responses on emails are not as quick. I am still awaiting my refund for the item that was short delivered. It was not a good experience for me.
