Delivery Progress Status Fail

Received my local product, all good and it works. The issue I have is with the international product which hasn't been delivered as yet and its been over 2 weeks. On the site there isn't a way to see your individual products delivery progress status. When I queried via the chat box on the site they just say it's stil to be delivered. Snatcher needs to work ok this.
