Delivery good but Customer Service lets them down

Delivery of good was very good but their client services lets them down. I'm struggling with a return - took about 2 weeks to finally agree for them to accept return. The courier picked up the goods over a week ago and I still have no communication from them about refund. They don't pay much attention to emails. Rather frustrating.
