Delivery delays

This guy's and their couriers are giving me a hard time, the couriers **** and said they attempted to deliver on Thursday, how do tou attempt to deliver without calling me plus I was home the whole day.

Right now when I call their courier DPD laser they are giving me run around. I guess I am not happy because the order was already a whole week late now going to the second week.
