Delivery was longer than anticipated. Products on the other hand came all packaged. Unfortunately no assembly manual, had to rely on YouTube. As for the company, positive is, queries are responded to within the day but, no telephone support which can cause a panic if you are unable to speak to anyone regarding delays and lack of delivery updates.
