Delay in Communication.

I ordered items on snatcher, of which one item was not included in my package. After emailing them it was said "It has come to our attention that we are no longer able to get the Expandable Toiletry Bag" which was never communicated with me before hand because I ordered the bag to take with on pilgrimage and I could've gotten it else where like I did on the last minute.

I went on the site again to check if the bag I available, and there it was and after I emailed them about this (on the 7th December 2022)they never responded, I emailed them to respond on the (8 December 2022) and the response was given on the 10th December 2022 stating "Please be advised that there is a delay in updating the website"

Up till this day the bag remains on the site and I'm still waiting on a Refund that I suppose to receive by the 17th December 2022 already.

For a first time Snatcher buyer I had a really bad Experience! And wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
