Delay in collection of returning items

I order some stuff from Snatcher, 1. I received wrong product, 2. the vegetable rack I bought I was unable to put together cause pieces were too small and it would not stay together. 3. a week later and I am still waiting for items to be collected. 4. there is no option for refund rather store credit or exchange. I am actually quiet disappointed as its my first time ordering from them and I doubt I will order again
