Delay Delivery and poor communication

I order 5 products totalling to R837 on the 06/07/2024, on two separate occasions I requested where my order as the order has been paid in full but no delivery as yet, the 1st reply on my request I was informed the store is still waiting for 3 items to be delivered by them, which tells me they sell products with knowing they don't have the stock on hand, but must still order it, last week I requested again where is my order, the store is still waiting for 1 product to be delivered to them, so my order can't be send out as they out of stock, and the store is still waiting for items that was bought by customer, please Snatcher Online, this is my 1st time buying from you but I will with honesty say it will be my last time too.
