De***** Customers - Selling used phones

I bought a cellphone on the 5th of January 2023 upon receiving it, I realized that they gave me a used phone. The phone has a password and luckily I was able to open the phone however I went to check the apps, as I was checking the app the gallery had photos and videos. Same day received I logged a query with your online team and I've been liaising with Andile Mncube ~ Customer Support Agent. The phone isn't working anymore, it has an error message "Unfortunately, system UI has stopped." two weeks later my query has not been resolved. I want my money back. I cannot buy a phone within two is not working. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
