Deeply disappointed

I have bought a few items from snatcher, delivery didn't take to long but the quality of things are cheap, purchased an oximeter which never worked upon arrival I sent it back and two weeks later still no response or feedback on when/if I will be getting a working one or my money back, very disappointed and will most probably NOT buy from them again LESSON LEARNED!!!!
