Deceptive photos

I bought a monitor riser. On the picture it depicts drawers, it arrived without - the photo is misleading. I also purchased battery powered candles. The photo has four different heights, which is what I wanted however on arrival they were all the same smaller size. Returns cost courier money and sometimes a 15% handling fee. So disappointed
