DDO NOT USE SNATCHER AS THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICIES

Snatcher Online- Sells defective products and does not honor their return policy, even though you follow their return policy and don't bother to respond. I ordered mid July "Dual Type-C Computer Expansion Hub 7 In 1 Docking Station" and it took them 4weeks to deliver. On arrival I checked that all was working and found that the HDMI port was defective. 3days after delivery !9th of August I completed their return form and attached photos. To-date (30/8/2024) I haven't received an acknowledgement, absolutely nothing. I cannot recommend anyone to do business with this company and I certainly will not be using them again. If you don't want to loose your money stay away from Snatcher.
