Daylight *******!

In November 2023 I ordered from Snatcher. On 28 November 2023 I informed them that they sent the wrong item. They collected the item on 1 December 2023. On 12 December 2023 my order arrived, again it was the wrong item and they collected it again on 13 December 2023. On this date they asked whether I prefer a store credit or a refund and I chose a refund. On 29 December 2023 I enquired about when the refund will be paid and they assured me that it will be paid by the end of that business week. After not receiving my refund, I enquired again on 12 January 2024 and received no reply. On 24 January 2024 I sent another email to ask about my refund and they rep**** that they can assure me that the accounts department is working as fast as possible to resolve the matter! It is now 2 February 2024 and I have still not received my refund. And this after I sent back their item in a perfect, unopened condition. So they have their item and my money!
