Damaged product and lack of communication!

Worst experience when it comes to returning and getting a refund. Their communication is so poor and on numerous occasions I've emailed asking for a refund, and I still didn't get communication back regarding my refund. It's been 3 weeks and surely more. I would not recommend Snatcher to anyone at this point.
