Damaged deliver
On tuesday my order was delivered and upon unpacking it I realised that the frames for the tables legs were bent. i decided not to proceed with the unpacking and took pictures which were sent to Snatcher. I have been given the run around of more pictures requested even though I have asked for the whole box to be replaced as the one I have was badly handled. It's either the box is replaced or i am refunded my money and not incur a cancellation fee. This is pure nonsense and confirms all the reviews about Snatcher and I regret my purchase.

08 Apr 2024, 14:17Good day. Can Snatcher please resolve this matter including their courier. The parcel was arranged to be collected this morning at 09:00 am and no courier showed up again. This is really frustrating.

15 Apr 2024, 10:30Kindly note that the table is still not collected after numerous times of making myself available.
To refresh your mind on the matters:
- Courier tried delivering on the 27th March 2028 when it was initially scheduled for the 28th March 2024. Unfortunately, I was in Welkom then I immediately drove back as soon as I got the call with the agreement that I should call the courier as soon as I entered Pretoria, but my calls were not answered and not returned by the courier guy. I still had hope as he said if I arrive late someone will deliver on the 29th March 2024 and that did not happen.
After that three (3) more arrangements were made for collection which didn't happen the last one being the Saturday the 13th April 2024.
Snatcher:Initially I had requested that when you collect you simultaneously deliver the replacement. I anticipated this would happen. I still suggest that we resolve the issue in that manner as I have missed work and cancelled commitments due to collections that never happened.
Courier GuyIt still baffles me why they reported that the parcel was collected when it is sitting at my place. Your driver has been very rude - starting from the delivery to the calls I have had with them. Sort them out.
I need a solution to this matter by close of business please!
