December 2023 - I purchased a White airfyer with snatcher on online and I received the balck one , I wrote to them and I and vised they apologiesd fo rth eincnvinienced and repsonnsed : Snatcher response - Do apologize for the inconvenience as suppliers should have notified on alt

We do apologize as alternative was meant to be offered.

Since then i had back and torth email to their team and my worry is that they do not have any contact number to contact their offices, you have to writte an email and wait for theri reponse .

They promised to refund me on the 28 December 2023 - Good day Busisiwe

- I jhave not yet receibved my refund up until todate. This is a very unreliable online store I am not happy with their services , even the quuality of their products - the AIrfryer is described as black and you get a navy looking off black doduct - quality is questionable
