Customer service and quality of goods
My daughter made a purchase and waited longer than expected since of the items was out of stock. This was not mentioned when order was placed.3 out 4 items work well. However USB purchased is not functional. Snatcher will not accept exchange since original packaging is no longer available. Not so good at customer service
