CUSTOMER SERVICE

I usually do online shopping and get my orders withing a week. But the experince and service delivery from Snatcher is the worst online shop ever. Their customer service is very bad, after ordering is then they go shopping for what you saw online, and then takes 10 days preparing your order. Recently i bought a cell phone, on the 2nd August my order status stayed on packing the goods for 11 days. My order was cancelled on the 13th August. When i started enquiring where is my order, is then that i got an email saying the phone is out of stock. I then requested for a refund i was asked to send my banking details which i did, They said their company refund policy takes +- days, No one contacted me still awaiting my refund up until today. Their phone number listed is not working. MESSAGE BELOW FROM SOME SNATCHER AGENT!!!!!!! hope this message finds you well.
