I bought a Hover board from them over the festive season, a few weeks later noticed it was faulty, reached out to them for a repairs or replacement, ofcourse like all other retailers they were closed over the festive season. But soon after they re-opened, Andile had rep**** to my query about this issue, they arranged a courier to collect my item for repairs, they then explained it will take a few weeks then they'll update me once its complete. a week later what do you know, I had a courier guy delivered my fixed, working hoverboard and the kids were pleased, I appreciate a good customer service, please do keep it up.
