I had some issues and with various emails and telephone conversations with their PRO , I was still unsatisfied , thus asked for the CEO to call me . Within 24 hours he did and had a very good conversation and he offered to resolve my issue . He followed up with a email and his particulars . That was impressive and gained my confidence in this new mail order company .
