Customer non-Support

This company is good so long as you are only purchasing from them. When you have a faulty item that needs to be returned and refunded, don't expect much and then you can't be disappointed. 6 weeks it has taken. The item has been collected and returned and one e-mail received on 17th September (12 October today!). I have e-mailed them continuously and simply get an automated response that my query has been logged with Customer Support and to expect a response within 48 hours. Nothing! Not a peep in nearly a month. There is no other way to contact them. Very disappointed with this company and definitely will not be shopping with them in the future or recommending them. There are plenty of other online retailers who provide a much better service.
