*********! Paid R648.39, no order went through and don't want to refund me!

On 12 August 2022 there was a clearance sale. I added items to my cart and paid R648.39 BUT there was a "system glitch" on the day due to the sale and the payment went trough but no order was placed!

Its now 10 Nov 2022 and Over 10 emails later to their custom services consultant. I sent them proof of the transaction and an official email from the banker, but still they will not refund me!

A bunch of useless *********! Everyone has their day.

I hope no one supports them! they will send you in circles before you can get assistance.
