Cracked under pressure perhaps?

Maybe it was the pressure from Black Friday but ordered a number of items from them and took over a week and a half for any sort of communication back on the order that was placed. Part of my order was 3 glow in the dark blankets and I had selected different colors. Was eventually contacted to be told that there was no stock of blue to which I had agreed to get another grey blanket. So that was 2 grey and 1 purple, however I received 3 grey instead with no communication on the purple, which was quite disappointing. Previous service from them was much better, hence the 3 star
