Completely useless customer service, took almost a month to get my order delivered and when it got here there were 2 items missing that they charged me for but had no stock

Completely useless customer service, took almost a month to get my order delivered and when it got here there were 2 items missing that they charged me for but had no stock. Then they dont refund to credit cards so basically its store credit or nothing... will never use them again better off with Temu or Wish.
