Completely turned my opinion around

Last month I wrote a negative review on snatcher regarding service that I received. I had received faulty goods (a wifi action camera) and got no response when I queried it. My opinion of the company was not good and I had no intention of buying anything from them again. But their handling of my complaint was done with such efficiency and the most amazing attitude that I just have to make it public. Peter phoned me and apologised, he then arranged to have a courier pick up the faulty camera which would be checked for faults and then a new camera will be delivered to replace it. My husband and I were going overseas which is why I had bought the camera in the first place. To my surprise and great appreciation Peter arranged for a new camera to be delivered the next day so that we could have it on our holiday with us. They picked up the faulty camera at a later date. I really do appreciate his thoughtfulness, it was beyond what I expected and I will not only use Snatcher again but promote it to my friends and family. I'm only sorry that I wasn't able to do this review earlier.
