Completely *********** and non-existent customer service

I used to be a fan of Snatcher, but now they're only proving to be completely ***********! I placed an order on the 21st of March, received an email on the 9th of April informing me that they had no stock of one of the products. I responded the very next day asking them to refund the relevant amount and to this day, a month and a half later, I am STILL waiting for my refund!

Every time I email them to follow up I receive the same standard automatic response to say that they will expedite the process. It's completely unacceptable!
