Complaints

I've ordered 2 sets of mini earbuds. Item arrived faulty. A lot of Tim wasted with back and forth emails o ly to ask me if I charged it as per instruction. Then had to send a video showing item being xharged?????. Then finally after 4 days of chit chat they send a courier to pick it up. I get instructions, not a "please will you print the courier papers". They tell me to print 4 copies of the pageges, AT MY EXPENSE after I Just received faulty items from them. Really???? Still no word or feedback from them after items were send back. I am disgusted with their service this time.
