Christmas Disappointment

Ordered on 13 Nov. NO communication. Queried several times. Days before Christmas, sorry can't get stock?!?!? WHY advertise then. One disappointed child for Christmas 😭 Got offered a store credit! After such shocking service, no updates, nothing, Snatcher won't see me again.
