Cheap malfunctioning products

The worst service ever, I had a huge order and they got some of the thi gs wrong. To top it off some of the products I ordered do not work or malfunction. They make it your responsibility to return the products and still want to charge you 15% on top of it! Very poor quality products!! Order at own risk.
