Cheap damaged items

I bought more than 2 weeks ago 3 items (1 was canceled as it was soldout, still waiting for refund) including a shoe storage bag with a damaged zip from the box which makes it useless. I emailed them making them aware of this they ignored it. The stuff come across as cheap but it clearly comes with a prize as it'll likely come damaged as in my case. So basically you're throwing your little hard earned into a bin. I learnt the hard way.
