Cheap bad quality products with little to no customer service

I've used this online store a few times. 1st bought 2 sets of Magic Tracks, the cars broke within the first week. Spoke o management and they said they will see if they can get me new once. Still waiting on that. 2nd and 3 rd problem, bought a light that lures insects away at night(does not do as stated) and magic?flying ball does not work as stated either. Now all the above 3 I wrote off as cheap Chinese knockoffs. But on black friday 2018 I bought a Smok vape from them. Now I know this brand as I've used it before. I picked up a problem with my Mod and called into speak to a manager for help. The person that I spoke to was Nomonde. She said she will look into my problem and come back to me. This is week no 3 that I'm waiting on response. I've called back numerous times to follow up, but off course she is or not in or I can't get hold of anyone.

My recommendation to anyone is to stay clear of this online store as must of the time you would only be disappointed.
