Cheap and weak chair, unfair policy

Bad customer service, why don’t inform the customer off their policy. There numbers don't work, before one make payment Imagine waiting for 2 week for an online order, policy customers are liable to return unwanted items…and a handling fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund price I bought a chair is so weak even a child can’t sit. I’ll never buy anything from them and not the size on the picture. Even the delivery guy was laughing when I inform him that it’s a chair so light!!!
