Changed my order status to completed but i only received 2 out of my 5 products and one is broken

Order #279259 Their comunication is extremely poor. With my first order i struggled to get a hold of someone it took a review on HP before they got back to me. Now with my second order i only received 2 out of the 5 products that i ordered of which the led light is broken and they changed my whole order to completed. I will not order from them again as i gave them a second chance with my second order but no their service is extremely poor. I am not happy at all.
