Cash back?

I wrote a good reveiw a feew weeks ago..

I take it all back .. I ordered a few things , they delivered some , the other was out of stock.

They let me know so I asked for a cash back.

It's been more than 2 weeks and I still haven't seen my money.

I email them day after day and all they say is "we esculated the matter to the finance dspartment"

Tired of this excuse..

Horrible customer service they typically take a week to reply to emails. @Snatcher I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
