Calming heat back wrap with various settings

My order was delivered on time. Packaged correctly and the correct item was in the box. There is nothing wrong with the item, but it is very cumbersome I have requested a refund. Again the product is great, but I am an active person so sitting long doesn't work for me. Thank you Snatcher!!
