😢

Placed an order for 4 items and only received 3 items, when i report this i was told the they can credit me no efforts to understand how important the items was to me. It went on and on and whe i told the consultant that she can take all the items and refund me thats wen she said "ok will send you your item" I was not happy after i opened my parcel. Please make sure you double check the parcels before shipping coz we wait for +- 2 weeks and this happens ,it's frustrating
