Buyer beware

Buyer beware. You deal with this company at your own risk. Very first transaction, right out of the starting blocks, and I will NEVER buy from them again.

1: They only tell you AFTER the purchase process is complete and you have already given them your money that you are paying courier fees, BUT it's gonna take 10 days to deliver. 2: The 10 days delivery is mentioned in the FAQ, but they claim that this is due (in part) to quality control steps that they take, checking the product before sending it out. If this was actually happening, how on earth is it possible to receive a defective product?? 3: If a site doesn't allow users to review products they've bought, and doesn't clearly display a link where a logged in user can rate the company (while displaying great rating values from some external rating company), take that as a sign that all is not well. 4: In the FAQ, they claim that orders can be cancelled provided they haven't been dispatched yet, and returns carry a 15% surcharge for non-defect returns. I LITERALLY sent the cancellation request within 10 minutes of completing the purchase, AND THEY STILL SENT THE PIECE OF JUNK. 5: Should I mention that the site FAQ also says they won't take returns / refunds of products that have been used? How the flying foxes do you discover a quality flaw without trying to use the product?

Seriously, stay away.
