Buy at your own risk!

Have ordered 3 items om 5 Jul. Only 2 items were delivered. I communicated via email and was promised a refund as I have provided them with my bank details. Till this day I haven't been refunded. When I send the emails they say they'll follow up with accounts. Firstly they offered a voucher...which I refused because I made it clear that I will never buy from them. I see they want me to give up my money the ****** ****mers!☹️
