Bunch of *******!!!!!

I ordered a phone in April for my son's birthday and after much delay, it finally arrived. A week later it kept freezing, wouldn't make calls and completely stopped working. I sent an email to snatcher then they arranged courier to collect so that the phone e can be inspected for possible le repairs. Then a week later, which is now May they ask me to send banking details and confirmation that I'm the account holder for a refund. I did as asked and then told it will take 7days. When 10 days passed I sent another email and was given an apology with a promise that my refund will be processed urgently. However this was yet another lie because to date I still haven't received my money and I just keep getting more excuses and empty promises, if they do bother to respond at all. Their actions are just a confirmation of their name, ******* who ***** and run.
