Bunch of ******

Nearly a month and still not delivered or refunded. Below is just 2 emails between us explaining everything.

Not acceptable, you can do an instant payment as I paid instantly on 8 Oct 2022, you are just a bunch of ******. I have demanded a refund after 16 days of order providing you with my banking details, it is now 24 days after my order and now only you tell me that you will refund me only in seven days. Please reread this message on Hellopeter.
