Bought a powerbank and a kettle

Bought a powerbank and a kettle. It took a month to receive my order, when i enquired they said it is due to unavailable stock. I was given a chance to choose the alternative kettle which i did. I had to enquire again to receive my order. I received a kettle that is not aligned at the bottom and a powerbank that doesn't last 10 minutes when charging my phone. Am here asking myself if it is because I inquired about my order or is it how snatcher is.
