Bogus Promotions

I successfully purchased 3.8m telescopic ladders that were on promotion on the 26th of March 2021 and my order was confirmed. After waiting for my delivery for so long, this is the communication I receive from Snatcher.

Firstly, we need to apologize for the delay in communication with you regarding your order.

It has come to our attention that we are no longer able to get the Telescopic Ladder - 3.8m in stock.

We would like to offer you a store credit voucher or a refund for the out of stock item.

Alternatively, you choose something else of the same value.

Kindly advise what will best suit you.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

This tells me that the promotions are not genuine, why present something on your website as available when you don't have stock. I want my ladders delivered.
