Blown light bulb replacement

On the 12 Jan 2020, I received my first order from Snatcher. Amongst the items were 2 bulbs. I inserted the bulbs and switched them on. After about 30 minutes, one bulb blew and I could see blackness on inside of the white glass of the bulb. The next day I reported it to Snatcher and send them photos of. They said they will send me a replacement and don’t want the old one back. Less than a week later, they couriered not one, but 2 new bulbs at their own expense! Wow, I was really surprised by their high level of customer service. Keep it up Snatcher! You have proven yourself above the rest.
