Big disappointment

I really have to add that this has been my first time ordering with Snatcher and possibly my last! I am so disappointed with my overall experience. I had to wait for almost 4 weeks to have my order delivered. Not only have I had to be the one chasing Snatcher as to where my items are, but I now have items out of stock, notified to me after 3 weeks of ordering but I also have 2 items delivered, which are not what I ordered! To me, this is not professional service at all and I might as well pay a higher price on other platforms and have my order delivered quicker and with accuracy! Big disappointment!
