Beyond Useless!!

After 2 whole months of sending email after email about having received a faulty device, finally, I receive confirmation that the replacement is being delivered today! I just received it... it isn't what I ordered & it's missing the charger so I can't even use it. Literally the most useless company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! I have no understanding of how this company is still open.
