BEYOND POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE LASTING... SO THIS IS MY FIRST IMPRESSION!!!!

What do we need to do to get answers??? I hold on the phone to be answered I am 6th in line... then when I am next to be answered suddenly I am back to no 6 again... held on to phone with this problem twice today with exactly the same experience!!!! so what do we need to do to get Service or our emails answered???
